Today, we remember and honour "Mr Door" Noel Thomas Wylie , a truly integral part of the Whetū Star Awards who gained his wings a year ago 🪽

Noel will never be forgotten and will always be remembered for his unwavering loyalty and the 100% dedication he gave to everything he did.

Our Convener of the Whetū Awards, Tracey-Maree Houia and our Secretary-Treasurer for 2024, Lyn Wylie had the honour of presenting our Junior Whetū recipient, Stevie Toyne with her trophy from the 2024 Awards 🏆✨

The presentation took place at the New Zealand Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year meet-and-greet last Friday night.

It was a truly special moment for Tracey-Maree to stand alongside the other conveners from across Aotearoa — and especially heartwarming to see Stevie receive her well-deserved trophy. 💖
