🤩 What a day at the Tiniroto Easter Game Hunt 🐣

This year was HUGE with 443 people entered into the hunting comp and weighing in over 380 animals on the day, including: 128 stags, 43 boars, 29 goat heads, 91 possums, 33 rabbits, and 59 hares.

It was awesome seeing the community come together for a day full of fun, laughs, and a bit of Easter excitement for everyone involved.

Big thanks to all of our sponsors and our team of volunteers who make this event happen every year — we couldn’t do it without you!

🎯 2026 Tiniroto Easter Game Hunt – Results!! 🦌🐗

What an incredible Easter Sunday it turned out to be!!!

A massive thank you to all of the 443 hunters who registered and took part in this year’s Tiniroto Easter Game Hunt – your enthusiasm and sportsmanship made it a day to remember.

We had an outstanding turnout with over 380 animals weighed in across all of our categories over the 3 hours!

🏆 Attached are ALL of the winners over our hunting categories, including our major Spot Prize Winners and the Winners of our Great Outdoors Gear-Up Prize Pack Raffle too!!!

We’d also like to give a big shout-out to the Tiniroto School for feeding everyone with their BBQ fundraiser, as well as The Jolly Roger coffee cart for keeping us all caffeinated and to all of the volunteers, sponsors and supporters who made this event possible.
Without your help, we wouldn’t be able to have such a successfully run local event!!
