I found my very first Finger Lime on one of my trees 🍋🟩
Back around 2020 I planted 3, small Finger Lime's, they do very well in Queensland - sunny, warm Australia, so being in the Waikato I wasn't sure if they would ever produce, but clearly they do!
The taste of the tiny pearls is delicious, quite sweet. The tiny pearls of lime burst in your mouth.
Super yum as a garnish, in your glass of bubbles for a luxe look, or used in cooking - endless options.
I can't wait for more!
