The Oempa Festival Team regrets to announce the cancellation of the upcoming Oempa Festival 2023 , scheduled to take place in November 2023.
This decision has been made due to unforeseen circumstances and the prevailing financial climate that has impacted our ability to proceed with the event as planned.
The current financial climate in New Zealand has presented unexpected challenges that have directly impacted our ability to meet the event's financial commitments and provide the high-quality experience that our participants have come to know and deserve.
We understand that this decision may come as a disappointment to many who were looking forward to the event, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who had expressed interest in participating, our sponsors, partners, and the community for their unwavering support.
We understand the excitement and anticipation that the event generated, and we share your disappointment in having to take this unfortunate step.
You do not have to do anything from your side regarding refunds, Refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
We remain dedicated to our mission and look forward to brighter days ahead.
