Wearable art at the Amuri A&P Show “Wearable arts inspired by our rural community” It could be a dress that’s all zippers. Or a suit made out of drench packs. Or a purse composed of bicycle valves.

We invite our designers to create a wearable arts garment derived from their local recourses

From filter socks to no 8 wire, wool to bits of old shearing machines, almost anything found can be transformed into a wonderful garment for our show. You can investigate, imagine, design and create your wearable art objects on your own or in a group. You are encouraged to use all kind of materials, tech

niques and skills sets to create and showcase your work, which will be judged on their quality, originality and innovation.
