GROUNDSKEEPER – Richmond Park Showgrounds
Richmond Park Showgrounds is seeking a practical, reliable Groundskeeper with a can do attitude. This role is central to keeping the park looking its best year round for campers, events, and our annual Show.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain landscaped areas including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, spraying and weeding
• Maintain and clean machinery, tools and equipment
• Operate lawnmowers, tractors, and other equipment safely and competently
• Carry out minor repairs, general maintenance, and handyman tasks around the grounds
Key Attributes:
• Strong communicator and able to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable and confident working alone
• Experience operating tractors and outdoor machinery desirable
• Solid understanding of safe work practices
• Flexible and able to work varied hours when required.
Approximately 25 hours per week with additional hours during events.
