So much appreciation for the experts who volunteer their time during our Women's Wellness Walk challenge. First up we have Jo Hartley from Energised Ladies Fitness.

“What you’re not changing, you’re choosing” 😳
I recently listened to the Sarah’s podcast with Keep the Change, I’ll post the link below because it’s a goodie. I recommend keeping your notes app open because there’s so many good takeaways you’ll want to remember!

We are not going to share the article North Canterbury News published because the lens was skewed, the article cut short and the point of our amazing event not made.

So here is our version with a proper headline about the positive impact our challenge has on everyone who participates and gives it a go.
This challenge has nothing to do with "breaking the cycle of loneliness" and everything to do with supporting women in all aspects of their wellbeing.

It's not too late to join us! Young, old, fit, less fit, we welcome everyone!

FAQ’s for the newbies!
Q. Can I walk on a treadmill?
A. Yes! We recognise that some people live rural where there are no safe roads to walk on or you’re a gym bunny or you like to watch your series while you walk. As long as your walk is an intentional one, it counts!

Q. What do you get if you win?
A. NOTHING! There’s no ‘winner’ in this challenge in terms of kms walked. This way we encourage everyone to go at their own pace and just enjoy participating. However if you want to chase down the person above you in the leaderboard, go for it!

Q. Can I run my kms?
A. Yes! But your activity type on Map My Run needs to be set to ‘walk’ for those kms to add to the leaderboard.

THE REVIEWS YOU CANT SEE ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
So when Facebook introduced locked profiles it altered how reviews show up on business pages. Basically you have to be friends with these people in order to see the review. So here you go! Proof that women love our challenge and you should definitely join us for our next one starting in October!

Want to know which challenge is right for you? Take a look at the below. 100kms in 60 days is definitely our most popular but if you want to go hard out (we've had people walk over 700kms before) then the Power Pursuit is for you.

Shout out to the seriously talented Ashleigh from The Forage. She made these two beautiful dried flower arrangements for one of our mini challenges and I was reluctant to give them up because they look and smell so good. Purchase online or by request, and her products are also stocked at The Nest Rangiora

So very grateful for the Women who have donated their time to chat all things Women's Wellness to our challengers. This week we have the lovely Alyssa Wright from Youtrition NZ sharing her knowledge inside our group challenge. Alyssa is based in North Canterbury, and works with her clients to prevent disease and illness using nutrition, lifestyle coaching and health advice and programs. She is a wealth of knowledge and probably the accountability buddy you didn't know you needed.
