Congratulations to for securing his official invitation to Natural Selection Bike New Zealand 2027!

With weather coming in on Day 3 of the the votes from Days 1 and 2 added up in Parker’s favor due in large part to his amazing performance on Day 2 at the big mountain zone. Parker learned 3 drops and flat flips earlier in the week at the compound and wasted no time sending them both off a natural cliff at the scree zone. This 3 drop was his first time riding off the cliff.. the flip was his second.

Thanks to and everyone involved with making this event possible, it truly opens up doors for the next generation. Thanks to all the riders who showed up and ripped. The turnout was insane and the future of freeride is in good hands.

Day 1 is on here at the — an official qualifying event for NST Bike New Zealand 2027.

It’s a 3 day format with a rider-voted winner at the end of each day. After day 3, the rider with the most combined votes will win a check for $10,000 and their official NST Bike 2027 Invitation.

Right before this, he went noticeably higher than usual on a Cash Roll. Someone yelled, “Nicholi, that was really high.” Nicholi replied with, “There’s a reason.” At this point, everyone paying attention stayed exactly where they were and pointed their cameras at the last jump.

Safe to say, the vibes were high in the Women’s field this year!

With 8 competitors all taking two runs each, it was a huge leap forward in the level of competition compared to last year’s brave 4 who each dropped one run.

Aside from those stats, the level of comradery and support they have for each other is not only impossible to ignore, it’s also a key reason this second year of NST Bike was such a giant leap.

A 1080 on a donwhill bike... that’s a lotta bike to spin around 3 times, and that’s exactly the reason it had never been stomped in a competition run until this moment.

The big road gap got a taller lip this year which opened some doors for the riders. 🚪 is not afraid to run through an open door! This is a huge superflip stepdown that helped land him on the top step of the podium. 🥇
