Hello beautiful WellFest family ☀️

This is a gentle reminder to help you arrive prepared, grounded, and ready to fully receive the festival. Please take a moment to read through; it will help you get the most out of your experience.

🌿 ARRIVAL, OPENING & CLOSING CEREMONIES (VERY IMPORTANT)

🕗 Gates open: Friday from 8:00 am

🕤 Opening Ceremony: 9:30 am sharp

We kindly ask everyone to arrive on time and, if possible, stay until the very end of the festival. Opening and closing the container together is deeply important to us — some of the most powerful offerings, speakers, and moments live right there.

🍲 FRIDAY POTLUCK — COMMUNITY MOMENT

🕜 Friday at 1:30 pm

This potluck is a core part of WellFest culture. We lovingly ask everyone to participate and bring a dish prepared from the heart to share. 🌿 There will be a prize for the best potluck dish 🪴

🌴 FESTIVAL AND COSTUME THEME — VERY IMPORTANT

✨ JUNGLE TEMPLE ✨

Dress up anytime, with the main showcase on Saturday night. Best costume wins a prize 🏆

Sign up with Julian or Sunny. Sign-up sheets are available at the Admin Tent. Bring your voice, your instrument, your magic ✨

🍕 FOOD, DRINKS & PIZZA OVEN

We have limited food vendors:

• Saturday: 2 vendors

• Sunday: 1 vendor

Please bring enough food to support yourself throughout the festival.

🔥 Wood-fired pizza oven — available Friday & Sunday. We sell restaurant-quality pizza bases. Please bring beautiful pizza toppings if you’d like to use the oven.

☕ We’ll have oodles of drinks provided and extra snacks on Friday, but please don’t rely on these as full meals.

🚫 This is a NO ALCOHOL event — thank you for respecting the container.

🎒 WHAT NOT TO FORGET

Please come prepared and self-sufficient:

• Weather-appropriate clothing (warm days, cooler evenings)

• Yoga mat

• Warm blanket

• Pens & notebook

• for the sauna: TWO towels + change of clothes + drink bottle (for sauna)

• Plates, cutlery & cups (including cup for cacao)

• Paints, brushes & jars (kids tent / abstract art)

• Camping gear + cookers (be mindful with open flames — it’s very dry)

• POWER BANKS (charging on site is not available)

• Instruments, drums, fairy/LED lights, hammocks

• Lawn games, river floats (observe river safety rules)

🚫 NO GLASS on site

🐕 NO DOGS at the venue

♻️ Please take all rubbish home — leave no trace

🧭 SCHEDULE AWARENESS

Some schedule changes may happen on site. Please check the on-site workshop board regularly and stay open — there will be a myriad of beautiful pop-up workshops and spontaneous offerings that may not appear online.

Please read them in advance so you know what to bring (mat, cup, blanket, etc.).

🫶 CARE, SUPPORT & SAFETY

We’ve added an Integration Station on site. If you have a big experience during or after a workshop and need time to land, integrate, or be gently supported, this space is there for you.

We will also have a First Aid Tent available throughout the festival. Please familiarise yourself with the locations of both when you arrive.

🚗 PARKING & VEHICLE PASSES

Lower parking & camping zones are for those staying the full festival (no in-and-out).

Use upper/day parking if you plan to leave and return.

Please ensure you’ve purchased a vehicle pass if staying overnight.

There is a SUNDAY NIGHT add on ticket if you want to stay extra night.
