Did you know it is 60 years since QCC opened! I was reminded late last year when Betty Whyte invited me, my daughter Rebecca Woledge and my grandson Thomas to cut the 60th Cake at the first assembly in February.

I am involved at the Picton Heritage and Whaling Museum. The Curator thought it would be a great idea to set up a 60th Queen Charlotte Display as part of Heritage Week. The display has not been completed as yet but I will let you know when it is.

I understand some of you meet up with your year class and I would love you all to let your classmates know and maybe some of us can meet somewhere in Picton for lunch or dinner over the next couple of months. If anyone is interested I could arrange groups to have a walk around the new build at QCC.
