Thank you all for coming out and joining us at Hiwinui Country Estate for the 2026 Sip & Savour Festival which was another SELL OUT!
The vibes were high, the sun was shining and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Amazing people, incredible drinks, delicious food and seriously good music 🎶🍴🍻
A huge thank you to all of our punters, bars, food vendors, musicians and our absolutely incredible event staff who make this magic happen. I couldn’t be happier with the day went ❤

Just when you thought we were done announcing vendors, we’ve got one more delicious surprise in store! 🍕

The The Pizza Factory will be serving up hot, fresh, wood-fired pizzas straight from the oven at Sip & Savour. 🔥

What started as a way to showcase wood-fired ovens quickly became something more. With handcrafted Neapolitan bases, made from scratch sauce, and premium ingredients, their pizzas quickly became a local favourite, and it’s easy to see why. 😋
