Hi all, just wanted to let everyone know that we will not be doing another fun fest this year. I just don't have the time to organize one this year.

Its on! Get ready for Day 2 of Kids Fun Fest!

Tickets are just $5 per person and available at the gate at the back entrance of Otautau school.

Parking is at Holt Park Complex and the entrance to the festival is just over the bridge.

Day 1 was fantastic! See you there for Day 2

Remember to park at the Holt Park Complex and walk over the bridge to the school back entrance.

What exactly is going on at Kids Fun Fest at Otautau School?

A lot! There is something for everyone with arts and crafts, sports, puzzles, a catwalk with dress ups, paintball, model railway, robots, scouts, a maze and more!

There are still tickets available from https://www.trybooking.com/nz/XWA or at the back entrance gate on the Friday and Saturday.

See you there on Friday and Saturday. Entrance is at the back entrance of the school at McAndrew Street with parking across the little bridge at Holz Park Complex

Really going fast now! Only 3 nights sleep till Fun Fest!

With this message we would like to remind you to park at the Holz Park Complex and use the bridge to go to the school. Back entrance of the school is the main entrance to the festival!

Tickets are still available from https://www.trybooking.com/nz/XWA.
Yes we will have gate sales, but keep in mind it will take longer to get in.

The weather is not looking to bad so far, so we cross our fingers and toes it stays that way. However in case the rain does come down in earnest we can move our sports activities indoors to the complex.

With all the mud and rain please make sure you remove your shoes when going in the school rooms. Don't worry there are reminders everywhere :-)

4 days to go till Kids Fun Fest, so lets talk food!

Whilst its totally fine to bring your own lunches, we have got the following food options at Kids Fun Fest:

Otautau St Andrews Scouts are bringing a sausage sizzle with sausages and meat patties and fizzy drinks. They will also have chocolate bars and lollies :-). They are fundraising for Jamboree next year!

Spin Spuds are bringing their famous twirly Spuds, yum!

MrWhippy Southland will visit us and be on site all day; It's always a good day for ice cream!

Cafe2u invercargill will be onsite to keep you warm on Friday

Sweet as will bring you coffee and treats on Saturday!

Saturday we will also have an edible room in Room 1, with organic apples from Earnsleugh Juicies, carrots from Wilsons Veggies and blueberries from Blueberry Country!

Kids Fun Fest is almost here! Only 5 nights sleep to go!

We would like to stand still for a moment and thank Otautau School for letting us use this fantastic school to host our festival. This has provided cover for all our artsy activities and a great outdoor area for sporty use. Thank you Otautau School!
