((B)) BARBELLS features choreographed tracks focusing on different muscle groups. You can expect a good dose of deadlifts, squats, rows, clean & presses, lunges, triceps and biceps curls. At some point you’ll be lying, kneeling and standing on the trampoline too - but no jumping.
Adding a strength based class to your routine is a game changer!
You will really notice a difference in your physique and your overall strength
