We get asked ALL the time by people wanting to have a look inside our homes on wheels — how we live, how they work and what they’re like inside.

So I’ve finally taken the plunge 😬 and thought I’d start with our family home — a 1964 J4 Bedford. 🚐❤️

It’s taken a bit of bravery to get myself in front of the camera 😂 so please bear with me!! We’ll get better and better at these videos as we go. (And maybe a bit shorter….. lol !!!)

We’ll be showcasing more of the amazing homes on wheels that travel with us over the season too.

And if you’ve got any questions or there’s something you want to know — throw it in the comments 👇 and we’ll do our best to answer them for you.

🍺🍷 THE EXTRAVAGANZA FAIR IS NOW LICENSED! 🍷🍺

But don’t worry — we’re not losing our family-friendly vibes! 🌈🎪

Alongside our usual coffee, smoothies & non-alcoholic drinks, you can now kick back in the LuckyStar Garden Bar and enjoy a cold b**r, c***r or local w**e — or make your coffee special with a shot of Baileys! ☕️🥃🍻

🍷 WE WANT TO SUPPORT LOCAL!
If you’ve got a favourite local brewery, c***ry or vineyard in your region, drop us a line! We’ll do our best to stock some local goodness when we roll into your town. 🚚✨

🌿 THE GARDEN BAR IS FOR EVERYONE
It’s an all-ages, family-friendly area — complete with toy boxes for the little ones.
This is definitely NOT a boozy bar! 😆

🍔 And if you’re feeling hungry, there’s a big variety of food available around the fair to go with your cold bevy!

There are strict rules around the sale and consumption of alcohol, so please help us keep it cruisy:

🔞 You must be 18+ with valid ID to purchase alcohol.
🪪 And please don’t be offended if you look young and we ask to see your ID — it’s the law! Take it as a compliment. 😉
🍺 Alcohol must stay inside the Garden Bar area
🚫 Please DO NOT wander around the fair with alcoholic drinks
♻️ Recycling bins for your cans are provided inside the Garden Bar
👋 If you do leave with a drink, you’ll be politely asked to return to the Garden Bar or dispose of it

Respect the rules, respect the space, and we can all enjoy a nice cold bevy on a hot summer’s day. ☀️🍺

🎪 EVER WONDERED HOW YOU JOIN THE FAIR?

Here’s how The Extravaganza Fair rolls…

🚚 We hit the road around the September school holidays and tour through until the end of April.

🏔️ 10 weeks in the South Island, then we cross over at the beginning of December and see out summer touring the North Island — including the Coromandel holiday hotspots over Christmas & New Year. ☀️

We don’t take casual stallholders. This is a tour, and our crew joins us for the full run.

We also don’t double up on stalls. We keep the Fair deliberately limited, with a high standard of presentation and something different around every corner. Bigger isn’t better — quality and atmosphere are what matter to us.

We’re currently pretty much chocker… BUT 👀

Do you create something beautiful, spectacular, unusual or completely unique that we haven’t seen before?

Maybe there’s a spot for you to take your art, craft, wares or product on the road around NZ with us. 🚚✨

🚨 IT’S READY!!! 🚨

It’s been a BIG winter here at LuckyStar HQ… but the BIG MACK DADDY STAGE CHANGEOVER IS COMPLETE!!! 🛻⭐️🔥

To every single person who helped us through our Givealittle — getting our broken old fire engine stage to Splore and back, and with the extra funds left over helping us make this next chapter happen — we haven’t forgotten your generosity. ❤️

And we reckon we’ve done you all proud!!!

The stage looks SOOOOO GOOD. Better, bigger and sexier than ever!!! 😍🔥

Our mothership is BACK and ready to hit the road with us all summer long. 🚛💨🎶
