My name is Bronwyn Shallcrass and my small business is called Sticks & Stones

A lifelong hobby of collecting gifts from the Sea sea glass ,sea pottery, driftwood, shells ,stones and beautiful old china turned into unique artwork.
All treasures collected locally on beaches and forests then created into one off pieces of art all illustrated by me.

Seagrass Baskets
The seagrass is woven into a fabric and then I form and sew them in to beautiful baskets that are so useful for storage… veggies, pot plants, newspapers, magazines, toilet rolls … very versatile and natural no more plastic..

Welcome to another new face at our market

I make tide clocks and normal clocks in my home studio in Māpua. Clocks are made using resin waves to look like the ocean, or are laser cut to depict iconic local scenes like Māpua Wharf, Split Apple Rock or Mt Arthur.
