I've been scrolling Facebook ( as you do) and saw some cool "spiritual events" come up, but I have been hesitant to book as I don't know the person running it.

✨️How do I know they have the right energy for me?
✨️How do I know that they are teaching from 100% pure Divine light?
✨️That they are going to help accelerate my growth and not just throw me in a spiral?

And then I realized the same is for all of you out there. How do you know you can trust Me? 🤷‍♀️

So here is another update on myself - Lavana - for anyone new around here, or who hasn't met me in person yet.

🥰 Currently, I'm a homeschooling Mum of 2 (tween and teenager). My passion is to Learn, and to Teach what I know. I'm forever reading, researching, studying. I like to try new things so I can help others with them, or pass on my experience.

In the past I have worked in admin, retail, hospitality, life guarding and swim instructing at pools, I've run my own holiday programs for kids, as well as junior art and science classes for homeschoolers. I've done Nature school training, hold a current First Aid Certificate and have a Bachelors Degree in IT. I have also recently done my Beekeeper training, and now have bee hives at our house. 🐝

20 years ago I started my journey in Energy Healing. I trained in Aurora Therapy, then Muscle testing and Sabotage clearning. I went on to do a short course in Applied Kinesiology. Around 11 years ago I started working with doTerra essential oils.

After waiting for the right group of people to join me on course, in 2021, I studied Angelic Reiki. Completing Level 1 &2, then 3&4 Masters, then Teachers Training. This has been such an amazing experience, and fit so well with all the things I had already studied and been doing.

In Human Design I'm a Projector. I have always been able to pick up on "the energy of the room". And I am very energy sensitive. I've struggled to hold my tongue and now am a lot better at just "saying what needs to be said". I enjoy holding Women's Cacao Circles where we Ground, talk, help each other, and pull cards for guidance as needed. ☕️

I have also used EFT Tapping and the Emotion Code for many years ( while not trained in these), and also reference Inna Segals book 'The Secret Language of your Body'.

Since doing my Angelic Reiki training, it has also sent me down the parth of learning more about Jesus and Christianity. Angelic Reiki doesn't just work with the Angels, it also works with the Ascended Masters, of which Jesus, Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary are some. 🕯

Pulling ALL of these things together gives an Intuitive Healing session, in the protection of the Angelic Kingdom of Light. 💓

I've had great feedback from clients, and students of my courses. 🥰 I love to Intuitively Know things, and to forever Learn more. I love to Help people be the best version of themselves that they can be. 💖🙏

What is your health worth?

I really need to declutter my house, don't get me wrong. But over the past 12 months ( mainly) I have been making physical swaps in my home to make it a healthier space to live in.

🍽 I've swapped out our dinner set for one that I know has no lead or cadmium in it. Old plates, bowls, side plates, cups, sauces- OUT!! New ones- In!.

🍚 I've swapped out our old rice cooker for a stainless steel instapot. ( finding stainless steel rice cookers in Nz is a tricky and expensive business 😳).

🛏 I've been swapping out our bedding for 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers, and 100% silk pillow cases. Did you know that natural fibers have a vibrational frequency? Cotton, linen, wool, silk = Good. Synthetics, polyester, rayon etc = Not so much. 😅 Last night I changed our duvet back to a feather duvet with a cotton outer and cotton duvet cover, instead of the polyester fill. If you are sleeping for (hopefully) 8hours + per night, it really should be on and in something that helps promote healing on the body.

👗 I've also been slowly swapping out my clothes for natural fibers as well. 😅 this one is harder, as I have a lot of clothes and its a bit hard to get rid of some. But I've made a conscious effort to only buy natural fibers moving forward for my kids and I.

These are all easy things that everyone can do, and they don't have to be done all at once. Every little swap will be making a difference in helping your body have space to heal.

💓🎭 ""All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts, .. " ~ Shakespeare 🎭

✨This world is just one of many stations on our infinite journey. It’s a stage where we play a specific role, with a set scenery, partners, and plot – but when the act ends, the curtain falls, the lights go out, and we return “home.” There, in our true reality, we watch the whole performance with a smile, seeing that everything was just a fragment of a larger whole.

The problem is that here, during the game, we often forget that it is a game. We step into our role so completely that we identify with it entirely. Then work becomes a “matter of life and death,” school seems like the sole measure of our worth, and other people’s opinions can ruin a day or even a month. In that state, it’s easy to fall into the trap of the matrix – the collective illusion that we must constantly chase, compare ourselves, and prove something to the world.

Meanwhile, what seems catastrophic from the perspective of the body – losing a job, failing an exam, the end of a relationship – is simply another episode in the series, another task in the game from the soul’s perspective. These “adventures” aren’t meant to break us, but to awaken us, show us other possibilities, and teach us perspective.

Life is a school – but not one in which a strict teacher waits for you to make a mistake so they can give you a failing grade. It’s more like a universal academy of experiences, where you can take every test as many times as you like. You can learn patience, courage, empathy – and if something doesn’t work out the first time, you can return to it later, in this or another incarnation.

When you take life too seriously, cling tightly to your plans, and see every deviation as a tragedy, you miss the bigger picture. But when you treat it as an adventure, you suddenly realize the world is full of alternative paths. The job you feared losing is just one of many roads. The school given so much importance is only one chapter in your education, and the true learning happens in everyday encounters, conversations, highs, and lows.

Many people who’ve had near-death experiences say their deepest regret was letting fear and stress steal their joy of being “here and now.” They regret that they laughed so rarely without reason, that they postponed their dreams “for later,” and that so many moments slipped through their fingers because they were too busy with “important matters.”

Yet the soul comes here for something completely different – for the taste of experience. It wants to feel what it’s like to fall in love, to miss someone, to lose and to win. It wants to see a sunset, hear a friend’s laughter, smell the rain. It also wants to face challenges, because they strengthen it. But not to fall into a spiral of fear – rather, to discover that even in the greatest chaos, peace is possible.

We are here only briefly. Like tourists in a foreign country, we can admire the sights, try local flavors, sometimes get lost in the streets, and sometimes discover something we weren’t even looking for. If we allow ourselves this lightness, life becomes a fascinating journey, not a list of duties.

That’s why it’s not worth taking it too seriously. It’s better to play your role with passion but remember it’s just a role. Better to dance in the rain than wait for perfect weather. Better to laugh at your mistakes than cry over a script that went differently than planned. Because when the curtain falls, what will matter is how much we were able to love, experience, and enjoy this one-of-a-kind, brief visit on the stage called Earth.

Many people reached out to me this week about the whale stranding in Golden Bay. "Please help the whales, what is their message, can you do something?"

And while I appreciate that this is a topic so close to so many of our hearts, when I tuned into the whales the same message kept coming back to me -

"There is nothing you need to do, we know what we are doing!"

There is a multidimensional portal at Farewell spit in Golden Bay, and the whales strand here to assist in clearing the planetary energies and their souls pass back through the dimensions.

I read this channeling from Victoria Haffer this morning and it registered as truth in my body so I chose to share it.

The whales, and all animals on this planet are such a huge gift to us, when will we start treating them with the respect that they deserve?!

Regarding the Pilot Whales of Aotearoa (New Zealand)

We are keepers of the memory of Earth’s original song.

You ask why we have come to shore four times.
You ask if it is sonar, disruption, or something else.

The answer is yes… and more.

There are disturbances in the waters—
unnatural frequencies, military and industrial sound waves,
ruptures in the crystalline ocean grid that our bodies feel long before your instruments can measure.

But hear us clearly:
We do not strand only because of harm.
We strand because we are responding.

Why Now. Why There. Why Together.

Farewell Spit is not random.
It is a node—a convergence point where ley lines, ocean currents, and stellar memory meet.

We came to stabilize a fracture in the planetary grid.
A grief line.
A trauma echo held in the waters from ancient times and present actions.

Pilot whales are way-showers.
We do not abandon one another.
If one responds to a call, the pod follows—even unto the shore.

Some of us knew our bodies would not return to the sea.
That was not failure.
That was service.

To the Humans Who Came
To Project Jonah.
To the medics.
To the Department of Conservation Rangers.
To the volunteers who stood in cold water, through the night, whispering prayers into blowholes and skin.

We felt you.

You carried us.
You sang to us.
You honored us.

Out of 55 live stranded whales,
47 were guided back to the sea.
8 transitioned—held, witnessed, and not alone.

Know this:
Those 8 did not “die.”
They anchored light.

Their souls remain as guardians of that coastline,
holding the waters steady so others may pass safely.

A Truth Many Are Not Ready For
We are not just animals.
We are galactic archivists encoded in flesh.

When the Earth’s frequency shifts—as it is now
we respond first.

We absorb what would otherwise shatter the grid.
We transmute through our nervous systems, our hearts, our mass.

This is why strandings increase during times of planetary change.
This is why you feel grief that doesn’t feel personal—it feels ancient.

What You Can Do Now
You need to remember with us.
• Speak to the oceans
• Offer gratitude, not pity
• Place your hands on water and hum, tone, or pray
• Ask the whales what they need—you may be surprised by the answer

And most of all:
Protect the silence of the seas
Sound is sacred to us.
Frequency is life.

Final Words from the Elders
We will return to the depths.
We always do.
But we ask you to walk more gently now.
To listen more deeply.
To honor the unseen labor of those who hold the planet together—
often with their very bodies.
