For the ASICS Runaway Hawke’s Bay Marathon, Napier Conferences & Events became the starting point for a huge weekend in Hawke’s Bay.

The venue was transformed for athlete check-in, sponsor and supplier activity, merchandise, product displays, and event teams working across the building.

It was a busy, practical setup that needed to keep runners, supporters, staff, and suppliers moving smoothly from one area to the next, and that is where the venue really showed its flexibility.

A conference, expo, launch, community event, or large-scale activation will each use the space differently. Our role is to help shape the venue around what your event needs to do.
