Kia Ora Whānau,
Just wanted to give some flowers to the sis Phreaze.
Not just because she's performing at my Midwinter Old Skool Block Party, but honestly because she's just one of the real good ones.
People mostly see the music side of things, but there's heaps that goes on behind the scenes too. I've seen the support she gives, the way she links people up, checks in on people, and just shows up when it counts.
She's built The Purple Lab, runs PFC Musicwear, looks after her whānau, and somehow still finds time to help others out along the way.
One thing I've always respected about her is she doesn't switch up depending on who she's talking to. Doesn't matter who you are, she treats people with the same respect.
She's always been that sis who comes through, helps where she can, and looks out for people.
That's probably why so many people have love for her.
Just wanted to say I see it sis. A lot of people do.
Appreciate everything you've done, not just for the culture but for the people around you too.
Looking forward to seeing you on stage with A. Psalm and Rome next month.

Ps. And if you haven't grabbed your tickets yet, make sure you do. She went hard at my last event and was easily one of the standout acts. Definitely don't sleep on this one.
