Teenaa taatou,

Due to the general busy-ness of everyday life we have had a few resignations from the club committee for the 2024 sporting season.

Please have a read through the attached document and if you feel you can assist the club in any of these positions please come along to our SGM at Matangi Sports Club on the 26th of March 2024.

If you or anyone you know are interested in being involved with the club in any other position please let us know.

This isnt the future we envisioned for the club however we need someone with a drive and a purpose to create an active sports community.

More hands make light work e te iwi come along if you can. Hope to see you all there.

Please read rules carefully whaanau. So there is no miscommunication.

Club Draw Rules
- Only financial and life members of MHSC will be eligible for the Club Draw.
- All members numbers WILL be sighted and put into bucket at 7pm
- Club draw will be between 7pm-730pm.
- To be eligible to claim prize you must be inside of the club before number is drawn.
- Club draw will start at $100. If claimed the night of the draw, it will restart @ $100.
- If unclaimed it will go up by $30 every week until it hits $500 and it will stay, there until it is claimed. (note: the more support to the club through club kai/bar purchases, then we can up the prize draw).
- Member of number drawn MUST claim for themselves and will have 2 minutes to claim prize.
- If not claimed within the 2 minutes. They then forfeit their winnings and it will be added to the following weeks club draw.

Due to the tangi in Waharoa @ Raungaiti Marae, the committee has decided to postpone the Club night membership sign up to tomorrow. Thank you all for your support with Matangi Hillcrest Sports Club and we will see you all tomorrow night 13/07/2023 6pm SHARP LOL. ☺️

Kia ora whanau. This is an exciting week for the clubrooms. We have our lovely membership sign-up night on Wednesday night, 12/07/2023, at 6pm no reira nau mai haere mai. We have also got a new exciting online sign-up option for you to also become that special member of our lovely club.

Also, whanau, The first 10 who sign-up on Club Night will receive a $10 voucher which can be used at the club bar to purchase either a hot meal valued at $10 or a beverage also valued at $10.

Your meals will be cooked by our lovely chefs ' Hinemotuhia Whauwhau and Rakapa Heta.

Our committee will have their own spot where they will be enrolling new sign-up to our amazing club.
