Shannon Touch Rugby Club (STRC) HOROWHENUA TOUCH RUGBY
We are a non profit club. Our commitment to the community is to provide an forum for awesome touch rugby in the Horowhenua region.

STRC is a Touch NZ Affilliated module & is non-profit. Parents of Shannon have started this module in the hopes of keeping all of our children in the Manawatu / Horowhenua / kapiti Active & involved in a safe, structured controlled environment. ADULT TOUCH IS MOVING - DETAILS FOR THE 2020 SEASON.

Kia ora touch whanau. Shannon Touch Club has been running teams, Junior and adult modules for nearly 10 years now, with some great success and awesome journeys.

This year we have decided to take the Shannon Touch Rugby Adult Module, which we have usually run on a Friday night in Shannon, and will be running an Adult Module in Levin after the Junior touch module on Wednesdays at Playford Park.

We have enjoyed running the Adult Module in Shannon and have had a many great night in the past 5 years. With the success of the Junior Touch Module in Levin, we would like to develop the Adult game of Mixed Touch and take it to a more central location, to involve more people in the game. We sincerely hope to see all your faces still come and support and play the game we love.

We do appreciate all the sponsors and support we have received from the Shannon community, and thank you all so much.

Shannon Touch Rugby Club will also be calling our combined Adult and Junior touch module - HOROWHENUA TOUCH so look out for all the details for the up and coming season.
