Say hello to our Charred Eggplant Tartare!

Smoky, charred eggplant mixed with creamy crème fraîche, a punch of Windsor blue cheese, bright lemon, and rich olive oil—all scooped up with golden, toasted ciabatta. It’s smoky, tangy, ultra-creamy, and downright addictive.
