THAT'S A WRAP // Cross Hills Fair 2025

What a day!! 🤩 Thank you to everyone who joined us — you helped make it another incredible Fair!
A huge shoutout to our amazing stallholders, who poured so much passion and creativity into the day. Your early-morning set-ups, beautiful displays and hard work never go unnoticed. 💛

And to our incredible team of family and friends — thank you for keeping everything running behind the scenes. We couldn’t do it without you!

With mostly sunshine on our side, the gardens were buzzing, the stalls were thriving, and the atmosphere was magic. ✨

We’re taking a short breather before diving into planning for next year — mark your calendars for Saturday 21 November 2026, the third Saturday of November. We can’t wait to do it all again! 🌸

Our Plant Nursery will be open during the Fair, so pop in and say hi👋
We’re also running a Plant Creche, so any plants you buy will be delivered to the carpark entrance. Just pick them up at the end of the day.

BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING // Set up is well underway for Saturday!

Turning Cross Hills Gardens & farm into a Fair ready venue doesn’t happen overnight!
We know it's hard to imagine what goes on behind the scenes, so here’s a run down of what we’ve been up to in the last few days, weeks and months.

☑️ Months of searching and curating stall holders that we think you'd like (so much time is spent on this one!)🙌
☑️ Stall holder sites allocated and communication sent out. 📧
☑️ Marketing plan activated & signage put up around the region
☑️ Roading council consent complete and Kimbolton School are getting their hi-vis vests ready!🚨
☑️ Fair bunting up🎏
☑️ Portaloos delivered and set up 🚽
☑️ Seating, tables, generators locked and loaded
☑️ Site maps, stall lists, to do lists and lots of other lists ready to go 🤪
☑️ Six hours of mowing
☑️ Stall holder sites measured and marked out on the grass
☑️ Many hours in the gardens🌳
☑️ Signs up around the property so you all know where to go🔛
☑️ Ticket offices locked into position🛖
☑️ Mini vans ready to bring the mini city of motorhome people down to the fair gates🚍
☑️ Toilet cleaners armed with disinfectant🧼
☑️ Walkie Talkie’s & Eftpos machines hired and charged📱
☑️ Chocolate galore for the Cross Hills staff to keep energy levels up during the day🍫
☑️ Cross Hills Plant Centre restocked with Rhodos (we did a dig from the field a few weeks ago)🌸

⏰ We will be up at 3.30am to get all our stallholders in before the gates open at 9am!😳
On the day we have a huge team helping us, they’re just amazing and make everything happen. 🫶

Bring on Saturday, rain or shine, we can't wait to see you all!

FAIR - TIPS // We've Got You Covered!

💵 CASH IS KING!
To help avoid queues, bring cash. Have $20 ready for a speedy entry.
There is an Eftpos cash out facility at the gate and at the Cross Hills cafe. Some stalls will have Eftpos available.

👒 WHAT TO WEAR?
Wearing layers is highly recommended. The climate in Kimbolton can often bring four seasons in one day. Bring your sun hat, sunscreen, comfy shoes and shopping bags!

😄 RELAX & ENJOY YOURSELF
It's a great day out to spend with friends or family. There are 3 sections (215+ stalls) to get around + our 18 acres of stunning gardens, so give yourself plenty of time.
