The Fieldays Innovation Trail gave visitors a glimpse into the ideas shaping the future of food and fibre.

Starting at the Fieldays Innovation Hub, visitors used the Innovation Trail layer in the Fieldays App to discover exhibitors bringing fresh thinking, farm tech, robotics, AI, and real-world solutions to life across the event.

It was a great experience for curious minds, future problem-solvers, and the next generation of ag innovators.

Waikato dairy farmer Warren Storey’s invention, The PostMate, has been voted the 2026 Fieldays® Innovation Awards, with AWS, People’s Choice Award winner, supported by KingSt. Advertising.

Built to make removing fence posts safer, faster and easier, this invention is gaining major attention from farmers and contractors across New Zealand and overseas.

We've just wrapped up Fieldays 2026, and it's been announced today that we are finalists in three categories in the NZ Events Association Awards for last year's event - Fieldays 2025!

Fieldays 2025 is in the running for:
- Business Event of the Year
- Event Sponsorship of the Year (with JAC Motors New Zealand)
- Marketing or Creative of the Year

A very big thank you to our emergency services who were on-site and on call across the four days, helping visitors, exhibitors and staff feel safe and cared for at Fieldays.

Ambulance and on-site medical team Medical Response Industries (MRI), New Zealand Police, Fire and Emergency New Zealand, and Red Cross - thank you for being there for our community.
