โœ… Check the follower count. We've got 42,000+ followers built up over 15+ years on Facebook. New or oddly small accounts are a red flag.
โœ… Scroll the post history. Genuine pages have years of content. Fakes are often thin or brand new.
โœ… Entry to our events is always free, even when ticketed due to capacity limits. Optional extras like parking may have a fee, but entry itself is always free. If anyone asks you to pay just to get in, it isn't us.
โœ… Never click prize or livestream links. We will never send you off-site to claim a prize, and there is no livestream for the festival.

On this day in 1783 a sheep, a duck and a rooster were carried aloft in a Montgolfier hot air balloon before a crowd at Versailles.

The eight-minute flight reached an altitude of about 1,500 feet and landed safely afterwards. A surprisingly important moment in the history of aviation.

Yes, we'll be back in 2027. No, we haven't made any official announcements yet. Any "news" you're seeing elsewhere isn't coming from us.

Give us just two more weeks and we'll start sharing the good stuff.
