Important Notice:
Please do not private message our Event Organiser requesting a stall at this year’s Extravaganza in the Park Christmas Market 2026 in Hamilton.

A clear process was provided months ago, and the Expression of Interest link has been publicly available on our page for the past two months as well as this being emailed out to people before closing last Friday.

If you missed the deadline, we are unable to make exceptions. With full‑time work commitments and the significant workload behind the scenes, additional pressure cannot be added at this stage.

We are currently working through all Expressions of Interest and will notify everyone of their outcome next Monday and Tuesday. As mentioned previously, there are several new changes to our screening process this year, with additional helpers supporting the review.

Thank you for your understanding.

✨ EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ARE NOW CLOSED ✨

Applications for the 2026 Extravaganza in the Park Christmas Market — our 13th annual event here in Hamilton — have now officially closed.

A huge thank you to every single person who submitted an Expression of Interest form. We appreciate the time, care, and enthusiasm you put into applying.

We will be in touch with all applicants between Monday 28 September and Tuesday 29 September to let you know whether you have been successful in securing a site for this year’s event.

People often ask, “Why did I miss out?”
There are a few reasons this can happen — sometimes we already have a large number of similar products, or you may be attending many other markets regularly and we want to give new stallholders an opportunity to be involved. Our goal is always to create a balanced, vibrant, and diverse market experience for the community.

Screening of applications begins next week.
Best of luck to everyone who applied.
