Weโve seen some feedback and concerns regarding the **Terms & Conditions of entry** at Summer Frequencies, and we acknowledge that not everyone was happy with their experience.
Weโd like to take a moment to clarify something important.
When purchasing tickets for **any** event โ not just Summer Frequencies โ it is essential that you **๐ง๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐จ & ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ, ๐๐ค๐ก๐๐๐๐๐จ, ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐ช๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ง๐ข๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ** provided at the time of purchase. These documents outline what you are agreeing to when you buy a ticket, and they exist to protect both attendees and event organisers.
At festival entry points, there is also a large amount of signage and information displayed. This is provided so everyone understands what is happening, what is allowed, and what is expected. We understand that in the moment people may not want to stop and read everything โ however, it is still the responsibility of each attendee to do so. The information is made available; it is not something we can force anyone to read.
We truly appreciate everyone who came to Summer Frequencies and we value your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve communication and the overall event experience, and we thank you for being part of our community.
Letโs keep things respectful, informed, and moving forward together. ๐
