Globe Theatre Dunedin Dunedin's theatre-in-a-house, established in 1961, by Patric and Rosalie Carey, at 104 London St.

Founded by Patric and Rosalie Carey when they extended the living room of their house in London Street into an auditorium, converting it into a small, 30 seat theatre which they called The Globe. We are now a 70 seat theater putting on an eclectic mix of new and old, new Zealand and foreign plays for your viewing pleasure.

Our good friends at The Playhouse Theatre open their season of Harold Pinter's, 'The Dumb Waiter', this Thursday, 30 July - 8 August. All proceeds from this season will go to their refurbishment project.

Do you enjoy discounted tickets? Do you enjoy pointing out your name in the program? ("Look Nan, it's me!") Do you enjoy assisting your local Theatre?
Then do I have an opportunity for you!

For the upcoming production of Neil Simon's The Dinner Party, we are looking to borrow some set pieces leading up to and including the show run (early to the end of August).

We are currently inviting submissions from the Otepoti community,
> Do you have a play in mind you've always wanted to direct?
> Are you interested in being involved in the background of our future productions (Directing, Production Management, Stage Management, Lighting Design/Operation, Sound Design/Operation, Set Design/Construction, Costume Design)?
> Have you got some suggestions to share that will help us shape the 2027 season?
