Happy Easter from all of us at Haere-roa 🐣🌸

Easter looks a little different for everyone on our team, and we love celebrating those traditions:

Janine brings people together with a traditional South African oxtail potjie, slow-cooked over the BBQ for hours and shared with family and friends, finished off with an Easter egg hunt for the kids.

Kelli keeps it classic with a beautiful roast lamb, complete with mint sauce, gravy, and a creamy, garlicky potato gratin, best enjoyed with a good Pinot Noir 🍷

Blue keeps things simple, with hot cross buns and a bit of Easter chocolate (after a little convincing growing up 😉)

Kath starts the day with Eggs Benedict and hot cross buns, followed by an Easter egg hunt (for the big kid - her! 😄), and a traditional roast lamb dinner with all the trimmings.

And Melandie celebrates with hot cross buns and an Easter egg hunt, with her husband still hiding eggs around the house 🍫

However you celebrate, we hope your Easter is filled with warmth, laughter, and something delicious.
