Note #2 as we need to minimise damage to pasture and farmland to ensure we have future riding venues.
Arrows are there for direction and hazard marking, do not ride over them as we had a serious injury last year because of this.

From our previous Hawarden Forest Trailride.

A message to everyone who joined us for the Hawarden Forest Trail Ride...
The Hawarden-Waikari Lions Club would like to sincerely thank every rider who came along and supported this year's trail ride. Your participation means a great deal to us.
The funds raised from events like these are a vital part of what allows us to give back to our local community, helping support young people from our two local schools with sporting, cultural and educational opportunities.
We hope you had a fantastic day out on the trails, and we look forward to welcoming you back for the next ride!
Thank you again for your support.
Many thanks
Marius
