Eighteen months on from the hugely successful Grow Ōtautahi 2021 event, the festival trust has made the tough decision to call off future festivals and wind-down its activities.

We’re extremely disappointed that funding uncertainty means we can not continue this wonderful event.

Thank you so much to the thousands of sponsors, partners, volunteers, schools, businesses and individuals who helped bring the festival alive for the people of Christchurch. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Grow Ō Tautahi - Christchurch's new vibrant and exciting garden festival, is all about creating a new, homegrown garden festival that will have something for everyone in the garden city.
