100 entries in the first day of registrations being open. Not bad, but we can do better.

Entries will be capped at 250 runners for 2026 so wiggle along you little sausages and get your entries in now for River-Run 2026. NOW!!

Also yeah we are still free, still giving out prize money, still have mean as facilities, camping on site etc (we also love donations to keep our event as seggsy as it is).

You told us you like it HOT - we heard ya!
We had touted a mid-winter August River-Run 2026, but nope, people said that'd be cold and s**t and cold and dark and cold and not very warm.
So - we are back with our standard Labour Weekend date for 2026.

Boom - October 24th at 9am
Boom - save the date MFs
Boom - that's the week after Sat Champs and who knows who might be floating around from that...

Seems like to get your point across these days you need to make things go BOOM.

Entries will open mid-year, most probably like kinda the day before or after another big BYU cause then we get to play off a bit of their hype and publicity and stuff (big brain thinking!!)

Yup, weve been sleeping since October, but the f*cking alarm has just gone off. We've hit the snooze button but will probably be awake and grumpy now.

We have our winner and our assist for River-Run 2025
Daniel had to be retrieved from course on lap 43 leaving Glenn to trott home for the win.
Two true champions here that impressed everyone over the 40+ hrs they've shared with us.
