🧵 These tote bags turned out amazing!

What a great morning at our Green Space with Ellen, where everyone created their own beautiful upcycled tote bag. It's always so rewarding to see fabric transformed into something practical, unique, and ready to use every day.

A big thank you to Auckland Council Waste Solutions for helping make workshops like this possible. Join us next week for Sew a yoga roll!

⭐ Star power at Te Atatū South!

Our clever creators had a fantastic afternoon with Yalini and Becs at this week's Upcycled Arts and Crafts After School Class.

Using reclaimed materials, they stitched adorable mini star cushions, created three dimensional fabric stars, decorated cardboard stars, and one creative tamaiti even made a really clever piece of bunting!

It's always amazing to see everyone's ideas come to life, and we can't wait to see what they create next week. Te Atatu South Community Centre
