What an epic day of finals! Well done to all the teams who played over the tournament, we appreciate you all making the trip and effort to come join in this year and can’t wait for next year!

Day 2 kicked off bright and early Saturday morning with a change of court but not a change in the high intensity our teams brought the day before.

Today was a big day for our teams but they all pushed through with some amazing results. It has been incredible to watch the development and connections between the teams throughout the tournament so far!

Results of Day 2 are below!

Our results from Saturday lead us to our final play off positions:
5 v 6 at 9:30am UoA Storm v UoA Surge
3 v 4 at 10:30am UoA Shadow v Waikato
1 v 2 at 11:30 am UC White v UC Maroon

For all spectators - we are changing back to the turf and there is viewing from Level 6 available.

What an epic first day of the tournament. It is amazing to see such a high caliber of lacrosse in our university students!

Game 1 saw an incredible opening, with a fast and competitive matchup between two great teams. The following games of today continued this high level of lacrosse play, which was thrilling to watch. Well done to all teams.

Thank you to all the spectators who came today to support, we cant wait to see you all tomorrow for another big day of lacrosse!

We can't wait to see all the teams play at the new UoA Recreation Centre this weekend Friday 4th July to Sunday 6th July.

This years NZ universities lacrosse tournament is all wrapped up. Congrats to Victoria University of Wellington Lacrosse Club, taking home first place once again.
Big thank you to the University and Tertiary Sport NZ for the continued support of this tournament.
