🇵🇬Halo Olgeta. This week we look back at our 2025 Festival and celebrate the Chauka Collective of the Auckland PNG community who performed a traditional SukSuk Manus Dance from the beautiful Province of Manus located North of the PNG mainland. Manus cultural dances are deeply connected to the sea, ancestral spirits, warfare, community celebrations, and ceremonial storytelling.

🌺We are excited to bring you this year’s 2026 festival and can’t wait to see you all on October 31st. This year is a very special year as we celebrate 🥳 5 Years of Melanesian Festival Aotearoa. 🎊We are working on some exciting plans to bring you an amazing lineup of Melanesian Artists from around the region along with our jam packed program of cultural performances, arts, crafts and food so stay tuned as we work on the finer details.
