We are looking for a spring/summer chef to join the Orchard Garden team. Up to 25-30 hours a week initially then increasing during summer. CAFE REOPENING ON
THURSDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER

It’s been a great winter. While the cafe has been closed we have hosted a variety of functions, busied ourselves in the garden and welcomed a new member to the Orchard Garden family.

It’s a warm welcome and familiar faces to greet you when the cafe opens for the new season on Thursday 3rd September.

Initial opening hours are Thursday to Sunday, 10am to 3.00pm, but increasing as we hit the summer months.

What an AMAZING season we've had! The Cafe is taking a break for the winter months with our last day this weekend, Sunday the 31st of May. Due to reopen on September the 2nd.

We still have a handful of events on here during this time, so keep an eye out for those. Plus we are still taking bookings for private functions.

We have had all kinds of events here at Orchard Garden. From weddings to memorials, 100th birthday celebrations, anniversaries and reunions.

Meet Luke......Luke has worked for us for over a year now! Born and bred here in Alexandra but attends bording school in Auckland.

Luke is a very eager and fast learner. He has only been making coffee for a short amount of time however he has picked it up the fastest out of anyone I have ever trained.

He can produce coffee to a high standard at a fast pace. We are stoked to have Luke on our team. Come and try his coffee before he heads off for term two ☕️☕️

We are closed Saturday and Sunday this weekend for a private event. Back open Wednesday, have a great weekend 🙂
