Team Synapse presented Chhap, a digital examination accountability system designed to strengthen the security and traceability of examination papers from printing to delivery.

The team highlighted a critical scenario: an examination paper is leaked through WhatsApp just minutes before an exam โ€” but where does accountability begin, and where does it end? Chhap addresses this gap by creating a traceable record through a centralized dashboard covering examinations, print batches, paper bundles, receipts, audit trails, damaged or replaced copies, and processing evidence.

With chain-of-custody tracking and analysis of paper-leak evidence, the system aims to make examination processes more transparent and protect fairness for students. The proposed deployment can begin with university internal examinations, followed by entrance examinations and professional licensing exams, with affordability and practical implementation in mind.

Team Nexus presented SolarSync, a smart platform designed to help Nepali households better understand, monitor, and maximize the value of their rooftop solar systems.

The project brings together solar generation, home consumption, and grid-export data in one easy-to-understand dashboard. Through GridSync, care plans, reports, and AI-powered insights, SolarSync helps households see exactly what their solar system is producing, how much energy they are using, and what is being sent back to the grid.

Built around the idea of one rooftop, three ways to earn, the platform aims to make every watt visible and understandable while helping households track their systemโ€™s performance and progress toward paying back their investment.

Krishi Saarathi brings together soil health monitoring, water optimization, fertilizer guidance, AI-powered agricultural assistance, weather forecasts, and disaster alerts through a farmer-friendly dashboard. With an English + Nepali AI farm advisor, farmers can receive personalized guidance, monitor their fields, sell or list products, claim eco-bonuses, and explore potential carbon earnings.

Team New Summit College presented EYE, an intelligent monitoring solution designed to support early detection and identification of key cattle health conditions, including bovine respiratory disease, mastitis, and metritis.

The project uses behavioral observation to understand how cattle normally behave and compares each cow against its own personalized baseline rather than applying a single standard to every animal. This approach helps identify unusual behavioral patterns while reducing false alerts โ€” no single noisy frame triggers a flag.

The team demonstrated how EYE can detect, identify, classify, compare, and flag potential health concerns, with a B2B2C model connecting the solution through co-operatives and dairy federations. The project aligns with SDG 2, SDG 3, and SDG 9, bringing technology into livestock health and agricultural innovation.

Team Three Musketeers presented Turtle, built around the idea Own Your Route โ€” turning everyday movement into an interactive and rewarding experience.

Turtle transforms routes into a living map, where every segment tells a story. Users can move, claim, compete, and earn by exploring and engaging with different places and routes. The platform combines maps, profiles, rewards, and XP points, creating a shared game board where healthier and more active places can gain real value.

The team also showcased reward possibilities such as discounts on running shoes, yoga class passes, and place-entry rewards, with users able to discover and claim opportunities through the platform. By connecting movement, exploration, competition, and rewards, Turtle aims to make staying active more engaging and meaningful.

Team Prayatna presented Sahayata, a solution focused on improving disaster preparedness and emergency response in Nepal. With millions of people affected by natural disasters, the project highlights real incidents such as the Simaltal bus disaster in Chitwan (July 12, 2024) and the Jhyaple Khola landslide (September 27, 2024) to demonstrate the need for better risk awareness and timely response.

Sahayata addresses challenges including limited public awareness, slow emergency response, delayed risk detection, lack of early warning, and delayed evacuation. Through its proposed solution, the team aims to help save lives, accelerate emergency response, reduce travel risks, and increase public awareness.

The presentation covered the project's data, problem, impact, innovation, live demo, future applications, business model, and SWOT analysis, showcasing its potential for real-world disaster management.
