The second half of the day was kicked off by Vegard and Audun from NAV. They asked: What if NAV was rebuilt from scratch? Focus on user experience, push decisions down, and invest in culture. Change is risky, but doing nothing is worse.
Next, Andrea and Anne-Merethe from Netlife reminded us that the hardest part of building great products isnât the craft, itâs people.
