I was walking the other day, listening to a shuffle playlist on Spotify, when this song came on—and wow, it stopped me in my tracks. The lyrics hit me so deeply: “I’ve been working real hard on myself, on my health, and my happiness…” I immediately thought, I have to share this with y’all.

As we wrap up the year and step into 2025, let’s take a moment to give ourselves a round of applause. For every battle we’ve fought, every step forward we’ve taken (no matter how small), and for simply making it through. This song feels like the motto we all need going into the new year: a reminder to celebrate ourselves, to move our feet, and to love every bit of who we are.

So here’s to 2025—more dancing, more self-love, and more moments of saying, “Let me give myself a hand!” 🖤
