“As the Secretary General for MUNISH, I have the honour of leading and overseeing the preparation and running of this year’s conference. I work closely alongside the Board of Directors and MUN Directors to bring our vision to life. From shaping the conference theme and agenda as well as addressing various challenges, my role is centered around servant leadership and collaboration. I am proud to represent MUNISH 2026 and excited for the inspiring debate and diplomacy ahead.”

“As the Purchasing Manager, I help keep MUNISH running behind the scenes by making sure merchandise is stocked, ordered and ready to sell throughout the conference. From organizing the raffle and coordinating sponsorship efforts to managing travel cards and merchandise sales, I make sure everything runs smoothly and brings even more excitement to MUNISH.”

“As the Business Manager, I maintain clear communication with fellow board members, sponsors, suppliers, and stakeholders; provide careful financial oversight and ensure all expenditures stay within the budget. I support logistics, merchandise, and sponsorship efforts while keeping work organised and on track.I contribute to the success of the conference by managing financial responsibilities and supporting a collaborative, organised environment and clear communication”

“Delegate Affairs is responsible for organizing training and debates to help you prepare for the MUN conference. Through these meetings, both new and experienced delegates can improve their skills and their understanding of procedure within a debate. Our goal is to make sure every delegate feels ready and confident heading into the conference.”

“Our role as Academic Advisors consists of working in collaboration towards an array of disciplines, mainly in the academic sector of MUNISH. In preparation, we select an appropriate and fitting theme, the issues to be discussed in committees, and the Student Officers that will lead said forums. During the conference, our job is to prevent any issues that may arise in forums or debate. Overall, our goal for the conference is to foster an environment for productive and fruitful debate, and facilitate effective communication between the BoD and the StOff.”

“As Conference Managers at MUNISH, we coordinate many moving parts of the conference, from intensive preparation, to on-the-spot problem-solving, serving as a central backbone of the conference. We select and train a skilled Head of Admin team, while also overseeing the entire administrative staff to ensure smooth operations throughout. In addition, we also supervise key moments of the conference, such as the renowned flag parade, and organise the famed MUNISH party.” 

Heads of Hospitality: Slide 2

“As the Heads of Hospitality, we are responsible for forming a team to help with the cloak and luggage room, reception desk and MUN Directors lounge. We also take care of snacks and drinks for the conference and help create a fun, hospitable environment for all!!”

“As the Head of Social and Organisational affairs, I hold the honour of selecting the charity for MUNISH 2026 and working closely with a representative, raising money and awareness for a greater cause.
