Important Announcement
Last year we had the privilege to reignite The Beach Throwdown after several years of its absence. We wanted to organize an even better edition this year, however, the number of registered teams is not enough to continue with the event unfortunately.
Another unforeseen setback is that the Beach Stadium is not being rebuilt this year, which leads to a significant cost increase as we have to build our own ‘venue’.
We only want to host The Beach Throwdown the right way, which means to us that we want to give every athlete the battlefield they deserve and every spectator the show they want to see.
We feel this is not possible and therefore we have decided to cancel The Beach Throwdown this year.
We want to thank all the teams that have signed up for this year and we hope to see you all back at the next edition. All teams who’ve bought a qualifier ticket, will receive a full refund after this weekend.
