Meet Ray Klaassens, our third speaker for TEDxRotterdam 2026.

He has spent twenty years in places where hesitation has a price, and where going faster is sometimes the worst possible decision. First as a leader in the Special Forces, now as a keynote speaker and lead instructor of Kamp van Koningsbrugge.

On 11 November he brings that to the Nieuwe Luxor, where we’re asking where all this speed is taking us.

Last week we had our Speaker Selection event. A room full of stories, nerves, and ideas taking shape.
