Our friends at Atsusacon are very busy with the preparations for their wonderful event and we can't wait to be there! Some final things of note:
Atsusacon staff will be very busy. Please contact us at mataki.crew[at]gmail[dot]com for your most urgent questions.
Our table is open to all visitors. Even if you are a one day only guest.
We allow drop off of items during the entire weekend. The earlier you come, however, the less likely it is to sell. Feel free to drop off items on Sunday as well.
We don't judge the items brought to our table HOWEVER we kindly ask to put a note or sticker on the item if it is NSFW. Examples include but aren't limited to; doujinshi, games, figures, comics.
The list on the form is the most accurate list of things we allow.
Incomplete items are allowed. Just put a sticker on it stating what is missing.

Bootlegs, open lenses and food items will not be sold. If you bought a mystery box / bag from another booth and are unhappy with the contents; we will only sell your item if you have a proper form. Please prepare the form at home for a speedy process.
The price on the label is the price we sell for, so please double, no, triple check if the price is correct. We also kindly ask you to round your prices up to either half euros or whole euros. 1,99 would not be allowed. Change that to 2,-. A price that is half a euro, lik 2,50 is totally fine. The reason for this is that we are from the Netherlands and we haven't had 1 or 2 cent coins in well over a decade.

Finally: If you want to leave earlier. You are most welcome to do so. You can pick up your items whenever you feel like it.

Also we got some new artwork for our cards!

Hello all,

[Important information about the money we gave back by bank transfer at the end of the post]

Words cannot describe how much fun Atsusacon has been for us. It was a lot of work and in extremely good weather and I only now had the time and energy to write a post.

Thank you to the staff for giving us the faith and opportunity to help you all out again. And thank you for the perfect location and the right amount of space!

Thank you to everyone who brought stuff and sold stuff. Your items, patience and enthusiasm makes it possible to do what we do!

Thank you for the visitors and everyone who stopped back to buy something or just to have a polite chat!

Finally, thank you all in general! It was another great weekend and we cannot wait for next year!

Finally, finally not some words of thanks but a message; if we transferred money to you it may be possible that you need more information of me for your bank to fully process it. This wasn't the case last year but it is the case now.

So, if I transferred money to you and you need more information, please contact us at mataki.crew[at]gmail.com :D To my knowledge its only one person who needs to contact us, but it could also be totally fine and the money was already transferred!

Due to a error we are featured on the Tomofair website.
We are a two person operation who have been doing Bring&Buy on conventions as a hobby for over 15 years now. We love to make you happy! That’s our goal! :3

Having explained that: We’ll be visiting Atsusacon on 8-9 July. Which makes it impossible for us to be attending Tomo.

Thank you for people who have pointed out that we are featured on the site. But we will be in Belgium that weekend.

Currently we’re in contact to see where the error was made but we wanted to make a post in case you’re working hard to prepare your forms.

Once again: we’ll be at Atsusacon!

We will be visiting Atsusacon in July and can't wait. There is a brand new printer friendly form available for you to download and thanks to the wonderful people at Atsusacon, you can download the form as a Word file, meaning you can just type instead of write! Handy-dandy!

Hey lovelies! We've been getting some questions in regards to our stand Atsusacon !

I've collected some of them here;

1. Can I bring items if I'm a Sat/Sun only visitor?
Absolutely! Whole weekend, day only, everyone is welcome. We will never turn you away!

2. What do I need to do?
Print and fill in the form at home. I will try and bring some extra forms to the convention but it's easier for everyone if you prepare your stuff at home. You make the prices, I can advice based on experience but what you want for it, we will try and sell it for. Please make whole or half prices though [so not 4,99 but 5 euros. Not 2,49 but 2,50, etc.] We're Dutch and 1 and 2 cents aren't in circulation here anymore.

3. Can I bring stuff in the late afternoon?
Yes! But the sooner you bring it, the more likely it will get sold. We won't send you away, however, if you come around 16:00.

4. What is allowed?
On the first page of the form is a long list of things we accept :D You can bring a max. of 40 items. If you want to sell more; consider asking a friend to fill in a form for you or shoot us an e-mail.

5. How can I pay?
We have the option to pay by card [preferred] and cash.

6. Do I need to take my items home if I'm a whole weekend visitor and want to sell them on both Saturday and Sunday?
Nope! Unless you really want to, of course. You can leave the items with us for the entire weekend.

7. Why the phone number?
All forms will be destroyed after the convention and we won't use your phone number for anything. We've been doing the Bring and Buy for almost 15 years now and a phone number is handy to ask questions about your items if potential buyers have them.
