First European KCBS sanctioned BBQ contest, started as cooking & judging class in 2011 ended up as an mockup KCBS contest named after in honor to Tony Stone. KCBS outreach team did the teaching. Mariah & Wayne Lohman, Debby &Bill Gage and Becky & Jim Johnson.

In 2012 we did the first KCBS sanctioned in Europe. We host the World Championship Whole Hog in 2015 and we started in 2016 to do Steak cookoff sanctioned by SCA. Now we have on saturday a full scale SCA contest with Steak, Whole Hog Burger, KidsQ and mixed drinks. It’s evolved from a low& slow BBQ contest to a BBQ competition with variations you can think of.

In 2021 we will celebrate our 10th anniversary
