It hasn’t been that long since she last played for us, but we’re already itching to have her back. Julia van Praag, the DJ we’ve been obsessed with ever since she blessed us with those warm, soulful house tunes at Wolter Wolthers festival. This New Year’s Eve she’s returning to Groningen to serve up the very best records and that feel-good energy.

As the last hours of 2025 slip away, we want to spend them exactly where we feel most at home: on a dance floor surrounded by our people, carried by house music until the sun comes up again in 2026.

This New Year’s Eve we’re joining forces with our friends from Rhythm Society for a night that belongs only to us. A proper house journey from 23:59 until 06:00.

Introducing: ☀️

Vasco is an Utrecht based DJ, record collector and promoter for the infamous clubnight Weerd. His taste in music isn't bound to a specific genre, though he likes to play sounds that are within the soulful spectrum and that are drenched in some kind of toughness.

With his live performances he'll get busy with finding the right mood that suits the room and its people. Varying between oddball disco, dusty acid-house, powerful boogie or proto-/early Chicago house releases, you’ll end up with a blissful ride through the sweet and soft, the fast and percussive and the tough and obscure.
