It’s official: English Wh**ky has achieved Geographical Indication (GI) status.
This is great news for our industry. A Legal GI that recognises English Wh**ky for its quality, provenance and authenticity.
For us, it’s validation of how we've done things from day one with our "field-to-bottle" process…
100% home-grown regeneratively farmed barley from our family farm at Hunmanby Grange.
Water sourced directly from chalk aquifers below the farm.
Distilled and matured right here on the Yorkshire coast.
