DJ Rob — godfather van de Nederlandse hardcore.
Begon ooit in Parkzicht in Rotterdam, waar hij als één van de eersten vinyl met drum machines durfde te mengen en daarmee mede de basis legde voor het gabber-geluid dat de wereld over ging. Vanaf de allereerste Thunderdomes en Mystery Lands stond hij op de mainstage — en bijna veertig jaar later staat hij er nog steeds met dezelfde rauwe energie. Op zaterdag 9 augustus gooit hij Beachclub Fuel plat tijdens Knallen op het Strand.

Dit was de allereerste editie van The Promised Land, The Beginning & Mazzo, op Thuishaven in 2020. Het laatste feest vlak voordat corona alles stillegde. De oude crew, de rauwe early sound, en die magie die ervoor zorgde dat we hiermee door wilden gaan.

Corona liet ons zien hoe belangrijk feesten en dansen is.
4 julie vieren we maar weer een feestje dan op Thuishaven:)
en op 9 Aug zijn we op het strand te vinden met een hardere editie!

In maart 2016 waren wij de eerste externe organisatie op Thuishaven. Dat allereerste feest zullen we nooit vergeten. Ruim 10 jaar later staan we er nog steeds, en het is alleen maar beter geworden. Op 4 juli zetten we het hele terrein weer op zijn kop.
