Meet Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, if you didn’t know her already! We are so proud to have been hosting events with Uma for many years now and excited to welcome her back to Amsterdam in October!

If you are interested in trying yoga nidra, already have an advanced practice, or like to start sharing it with your students or friends and family, we have the right events for you.

Uma will offer her signature Total Yoga Nidra 2-day Immersion in October. This workshop is the pre-requisite for the Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training that you can join in March 2025. If you are not interested in the teacher training, the immersion is a true treat for yourself as you get to experience yoga nidra from the different lineages, understand the roots of the practice and why it is so beneficial.

Even when you just want a quick yoga nidra fix, we have an event for you! Uma is offering het unique Yoga Nidra & Tarot evening in October too.
