Premiere of Level at within Spanish Cinema Without Fear section presented by co-director Anna Berkhof

Through meticulous observation of nature, the marks of human labor, and the passage of time, Level, directed by Anna Berkhof and Carlos Mora Fuentes, explores how personal loss and renewal unfold in the shadow of geological and social change. It is a story of opposites, north and south, life and death, old and new but also of continuities: grief gives way to discovery, endings yield beginnings, and landscapes preserve memory even as they shift irrevocably.
