‘A Close Encounter With’ is an initiative of Sony/ATV Music Publishing and KONINGS & KEUNE.

During the event, guests get insights in the process of songwriting. The songwriters share their stories on how they start out with specific songs, where their inspiration came from, and how this is reflected in the song. Besides telling the audience the background stories to their amazing songs, the artist performs an acoustic version of them.

Overall, ‘A Close Encounter With’ is an intimate gathering of creatives, who get a glimpse inside the creative process of the artist/producer and their specific songs.
