Tara Margo - Paper Shapes Paper Artist Being fascinated by origami, structures, textures, rhythm and repetition I create paper-shapes from books and magazines found in secondhand stores.

Some books are chosen by the way they look and smell, others by story or a combination of both. For instance " World press photo 1976" was used to create a new paper-shape. When this piece is seen for the first time you will probably just see an art-piece when in fact you are looking at happy newborn baby's and war in Cambodia at the same time.
